      For me, this was a very Zen Experience because for me experiencing the Universe as a living being that includes me as a part of the infinite family has always made more sense than a western way of looking at the universe.

      
      

      I found myself in tears a lot during this movie because the message for all ages was so very profound. So, if you are 2 to 100 years old the movie can ring true for you on thousands of different levels of perceptions.

      
      

      I thought they explained Chi or "Life Force" pretty well in a way even little kids could understand too all over the world.
