However, we have a long history of being able to help solve our grievances by political action to a greater or lesser degree. The status quo in our country needs to take very seriously the will of the people by voting in so far Trump and Sanders in the two parties in New Hampshire. The rest of the country is angry too for various reasons even though everyone has his or her own solution in mind.
The future will be a solution only if the status quo stays out of the way as much as possible. Not believing Americans will ever get violent again towards government is a mistake I believe.
The Great Recession which murdered the middle Class of America by closing 63,000 factories and the loss of so many middle Class jobs caused this present social revolution.
Thank God we have the checks and balances in place so maybe this whole thing doesn't get violent within a couple of years. I'm hopeful of this. But anyone who interferes with the will of the people in these times must watch out because it got this crazy in the late 60s and early 70s too. That was the last really serious social revolution since the 1930s.
Looking at this, relatively Bloodless Social Revolutions appear to occur every 30 to 40 years in U.S. history. It is a way to update and to change the status quo to a better model for the future.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
