AN airport is in lockdown after a gunman went on a shooting rampage at a major airport this evening.

Witnesses have said several shots were fired and cops were yelling for someone to get down on the floor.
Authorities have yet to confirm if anyone has been injured or killed.
A man can be heard yelling “Get down!” with his weapon pointed.
The footage shows at least nine shots were fired.
A woman can also be heard screaming and someone repeatedly saying “Oh my God, oh God.”

Multiple shots fired at Dallas Love Field
There is no official confirmation on what happened, but witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots.
Bryan Armstrong @flashyfilms was just outside the terminal when the gunshots rang out. He posted video online which shows officers drawing their guns and the sounds of multiple shots fired.

She talked to parking employees and people were walking away from the airport. All said there was a shooting and one woman said she saw someone being taken away in an ambulance.
The woman also said she saw a car that was “all shot up," but other witnesses told FOX 4's James Rose that the suspect was throwing rocks at the car.
Photos from the scene show a black car roped off with crime scene tape just outside the baggage claim area. The front driver window and rear windshield appear to be shattered.
A spokesman for the airport would only say that people are being kept away from the baggage area and that police are responding.
The airport is reportedly on lockdown and no flights are departing. TSA is re-screening all passengers.

A smartphone video that captured the shooting shows a police officer at the airport pointing his gun after gunshots can be heard firing.
“Get down!” the man shouted repeatedly with his weapon pointed.
The Dallas Police Department said that the incident began as a domestic violence situation where a man assaulted a woman, causing an officer to intervene, according to a local reporter.
The man reportedly charged the officer with a rock in hand. Witnesses told WFAA that the man shouted "shoot me, shoot me" to the officer.
A woman was reportedly trampled in the commotion following the gunshots.
NBC 7 San Diego reported that one person was taken to the hospital, but it's unclear if it was the gunshot victim or the woman who was trampled.
A car's windows were reported to be shot out during the incident.
The gates to the airport were locked for security, and no cars are being allowed in or out.
Police are on the scene responding. The baggage area and the terminals have been evacuated.
