If you look around the world often what you can see is where birth control (and abortion) is legally allowed you often have civilizations that find a way to function ongoing in a reasonably civilized way.
However, then there is the middle East where birth control has not been legal along with abortions where we can see what happens when you have no birth control or abortions legal at all and you have not enough potable water or land to grow food on over a period of years. This then creates unemployment and in Muslim countries since there is no dating only marriage, it means young men and women without jobs can never marry. This then tends to create criminals and exactly the problems that created ISIS with slave women who are passed around to ISIS soldiers as a reward for their fighting. So, at every single point in Muslim Countries it makes complete logical sense why ISIS exists now because when there are no jobs because of no birth control because there is not enough food or the food is too expensive for poor people to eat you are going to have criminals and some of them are going to be not only criminals but terrorists as well.
It is all completely logical, so it is important to see that THIS is exactly what overpopulation without birth control eventually will cause anywhere this happens on earth. This is a harbinger for the future of all of earth and not just the Middle East. Either civilization learns this lesson or the whole world is going to look a lot like the middle east does now eventually, especially what is happening in Syria and Yemen right now.
