The first article talked about China ramping up 19% in their coal use and the 2nd article talked about how their new cyber law allows them to monitor many foreign businesses in China. Which I guess means that they can hack all foreign businesses, find out anything they want to know including stealing business secrets of production etc. and steal this information and use if for themselves and then kick any businesses out of China that the State Capitalism of China finds competition to their State owned businesses. This likely is what it means.
But, I don't really think not being able to properly quote any of this for you is an accident at all. And tomorrow if Russia has a cyber attack on the U.S. that won't be an accident either. We live in perilous times worldwide and not just here in the U.S.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
