This split will now unfortunately get much worse as Trump tries to implement his ideas. More and more people will rise up against him as they are moved by the horror of his actions and their affects on people. For example, the demonstrators in the Dakota Pipeline situation would more likely to be shot and make this situation 100 times worse under the Trump administration. This demonstration the way demonstrators are being treated and sprayed with water in below freezing temperatures is sort of like Blacks being hung on their trees in front of their homes with white crosses burning on their lawns when I was growing up in the 1950s.
So, in some ways we already are regressing into the awful times of the 1950s which are indicative of "Make America Great Again" when minorities and women were tortured and killed in a myriad of ways. So, to people against Trump "Make America Great Again" just means "White men are superior to anyone else!" That's all it means to people against Trump. And in that environment Muslims, Blacks, Women and all minorities will only suffer and die like they did in the 1950s while I was growing up.
