By the way many of these electonic voting machines used in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania are outlawed for voting in California because they just "INVITE" hackers to manipulate the tallies.
So most of these voting machines therefore would be illegal in California where we know a little about Computer hacking more than most of the rest of the states.
So, these particular voting machines are a breeze to hack for anyone Putin or others to manipulate.
