A Security analyst says that this comment about Turkey might be the most significant thing in this whole speech of Baghdadi turning against Turkey.

The reason this is significant is Erdogan to some degree has been helpful to ISIS fighters in letting them join ISIS by going through Turkey to join ISIS into Syria and Iraq from all over the world. That Baghdadi now wants to specifically overthrow Turkey now is saying all this cozy relationship with Turkey has now changed to something else.

However, I think Erdogan is just being pragmatic. The whole world hates ISIS so it is politically more expedient for him to now prepare for war with Iran eventually than to support ISIS any longer which is why Baghdadi wants his supporters to destroy Turkey because Turkey has turned against them and ISIS is dying as an Army now.
