I would say it is a sense of well being that everything is as it should be in your life.
But, it can also be much more than this.
I believe we generate bliss by being kind to ourselves and others in a practical way.
By learning to maximize positive results through efficiency of all your actions you maximize bliss in your life and tend to extend your life and others lives by maximizing bliss in your life and all the lives around you. However, being practical and kind is the essence of all this.
Also, you have to start somewhere but when you are safe enough you make a plan to help yourself and others to better lives. Then as opportunities present themselves you take advantage of these opportunities as they arise so you can be helpful as much as possible in a variety of different ways.
It is about preparing yourself by going to college or whatever means you find useful along the way to help yourself and others prosper in all ways. As you learn how to be more and more efficiently help yourself and others to better and better lives your bliss increases with each and every day. In this way you come to a more permanent bliss in your lives.
