The biggest problem I see is if Russia has given this technology to North Korea. IF Russia has done this it is theoretically possible for North Korea to attack us with none of our missiles or planes hitting their intended targets in North Korea. But, if Russia has given this spoofing technology to North Korea they could attack us somewhat with impunity because if everything was spoofed by GPS none of our ships or planes or missiles would hit on target in North Korea.
However, here's the thing. What does North Korea have to gain in attacking the U.S. or South Korea or Japan?
Nothing. Because the next thing to happen would North Korea or at the very least Pyongyang would cease to exist on earth.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
