By the way this isn't just a problem for Californians but for people in most states, especially democratic ones the Republicans wanted to punish for not voting for them.In California, for example, it mostly affects houses with over $750,000 mortgages. California is now the most expensive place to buy a home especially in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties. So, middle Class and poor people are being driven away from all coastal areas by the prices of homes and rents now.
