My thoughts are the conclusion I have come to during my life.
I believe that Armageddon is a UFO way for humans to self destruct so someone else can have the planet not earth born humans.
Think about this for a moment. UFO's have been coming here since before humans existed on this planet and humans likely are a cross breed genetically engineered between aliens and apes in order to facilitate health while living on this planet since it has different organisms than other planets do.
So, likely we are a cross breed. However, let's say that another group (which we likely are related to) wanted to take over the planet for their own needs. How would you get the planet to be able to do that?
One way would be to cause the humans of earth to self destruct. Armageddon is one way to cause humans to self destruct in a nuclear holocaust or something similar.

Kelly becomes worshiped as God on one planet which makes this a very important and interesting program.
