So, unless Kushner and Donald Trump junior are proved to be working against the U.S. by colluding with Russia likely they will not be convicted at least of Treason and hung or something.
I think Trump's campaign is mostly guilty of complete incompetence. He's used to doing worldwide business and shmoozing all over the place but you can't be caught doing that during a campaign or as president in the same way without being impeached eventually like he likely will be. What happens to Kushner and Donald Trump Junior is unfathomable at present in some ways. There will be a tug in many different directions and depending upon who wins that political tug of war will settle whether either of them go to jail or not at this point. However, they both have been convicted in the court of public opinion worldwide already along with Manfort and Flynn who have already pled guilty.
