So, Trumps logic is that MacDonald's food is pre-made and no one knows when he is coming theoretically. So, there is no way they could poison him because no one knows when he is coming or which MacDonald's he might go to.
Trump treats people so badly in his businesses that he (EXPECTS) that people will try to poison him and kill him. However, another way to see this is he actually is a reincarnation of King George III because King George III (like most monarchs) would be deathly afraid of being poisoned especially in that era and before. So, this is one explanation for Trump's paranoia about food and worrying about being poisoned.
In Bannon's book "Fire and Fury within the White House" written by a muckraker called Wolff (not Wolf Blitzer) he mentions Trump's fear of being poisoned. He also mentions Trump yelling at maids not to pick his shirt up off the floor, he also doesn't like people touching his toothbrush either at all. He also strips his own bed because he doesn't like the maids to do it either.
All these things demonstrate a paranoid person much more paranoid than Nixon for example.
Nixon was paranoid too but he was nothing compared to Trump.
And Trump has the nuclear trigger to nuke North Korea anytime he is unstable enough to do this.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
