One wonders how this might be efficient? One also wonders how these people are going to make enough money to live to even stay alive the next month or so if they don't have enough savings to survive all this? And are the banks even open to go get money now even if you have savings? This sounds like more than just an economic and health disaster for people in China about now. One has to question how these people are about to survive.
