The answer always is: "Maybe"
It either will run or it won't. If it runs with errors it won't be as quick or as efficient but if it runs it is sort of like a car when you get in it. Do you have gas in the tank? Do you have air in the tires? Do your brakes work? does your Gas pedal Work? Does your steering wheel work?
If the answer is "Yes" to all of these things you likely can run the car whether or not the Air conditioner is working or the heater is working or the window winders are working or the radio or stereo is working.
HTML coding is sort of like your car in this. It either is going to work or it isn't.
The full HREF template I use for my Links page has at least 10 errors in it right now but it still works. So, I don't really need the air conditioner or the heater or the window winders to work right now and I don't need it to be 100% efficient for business operations because that isn't what I'm doing. If the code works for me and does basically what I want it to do here for worldwide readers and me I'm okay with that.
But if the brakes don't work, the steering wheel doesn't work or the gas pedal doesn't work I usually fix it so it's safe to drive (the HTML coding).
When you change HREF coding by putting in a new URL and TEXT in place of old code
