I grew up around people who thought like this in the 1950s and this is what is hard for me to think about.
When their relatives or they die people in their group will say: "They are with God now!" which is true.
But no questions will be asked like: "Why did they have to die?" "Why Didn't they wear masks". "Why didn't they go to a doctor or a hospital?"
I remember this among the Christians I grew up with who never went to doctors or hospitals also. So, many people I loved in church growing up as a child died so I asked the questions for them.
Why didn't they go to a doctor and live? Why didn't they ask questions before they died? Why did they have to ALL die?
Asking these questions and going to college and learning Critical Thinking is why I'm alive and not dead now at 72!
