I'm thinking that we are at the very least in a very serious Cyber War with Russia (this isn't contested by anyone really at this point). But, what is still uncertain is whether Russia is Attacking Europe and North America and world with a 70% worse genetically engineered Coronavirus.
However, we cannot safely return this cyber attack with Russia because we aren't sure how deep the attack has gone into our defense department computers because they have been secretly attacking us since at least March on a level so deep it wasn't even caught that we were under attack. So, it's not just banking that is under attack but all government agencies and the Defense Department as well.
The problem is that Trump is not minding the store protecting our country from Putin and is ONLY concerned with his own well being. He is allowing Americans to die at horrific levels and is so selfish he is trying to force himself to be president.
The President is psychologically disabled and unable to function in any rational way.
