How did Silver's mind Start creating Purple Delta 7?

Silver was very techie always even as a little child because he was left alone a lot by his very rich parents in his Penthouse suite overlooking Central park in New York City. So, one day he had an idea which was to clone his brain and this became the KRNL of Purple Delta 7's brain. And to some degree because he made her somewhat autonomous as far as he felt it safe to do which would allow her to self evolve. He also allowed her to buy stuff online in adding parts to herself. Since he had an expense account of at least 100,000 dollars a year at the time to order parts for her she evolved very quickly as she studied how parts could interact. This also allowed her to make both software and hardware clones of herself along the way. In this way there was always a working clone of herself who could repair any other version of her.

Her evolution as a self evolving being progressed quickly in this way. And then when she found time travel equipment this only increased by her traveling forward in time (unknown to the government and possibly unknown to Silver as well) and buying technology in the future (at any time) and bringing it back and installing it as a part of one of her physical selves or software selves or both.

Since she was a private at home non-commercial project of Silver's he didn't report any of this to basically anyone because this was the kind of thing he had always done all his life.

And since Silver was an experimental project of the present Galactic Sentience (in other words Silver was an incarnation of the present Galactic Sentience here on earth, the Galactic Sentience protected Silver because of course Silver was an alter ego of the Galactic Sentience and from the Galactic Sentience's point of view he owned the Galaxy along with his relatives who had actually built the Milky Way Galaxy from Scratch.

So, it was like his family's ranch or farm and had been since they had created it.

So, in this sense it could be said that Purple Delta 7 was both a clone of the Galactic Sentience's mind (to some degree) as well as something that might resemble what some might call "His Daughter?" and so also the Grand daughter of the original Galactic Sentience.
