Resident Alien

I think that "Resident Alien" is one of my favorite programs in the last year or so on TV. I DVRed it on my TIVO and kept all the original episodes recorded and showed them to kids and friends if they were interested and my wife watched them all too. It was so funny and so well done that in some ways it was like watching a "Paul" movie only as a series except that the Alien is actually an octopus related creature who is very tall but can take on the form of a human being if he wants to which he does as a Doctor in a Colorado town.  Also, many of the other characters in this series are really funny too to watch so it is the whole ensemble of actors that really makes this whole series work.
