There are two things that Science has proved to me:

 These two things are: 

Soul Travel

Time Travel

Can I prove to you that both these things are real and true?

Of course not. 

You are going to have to prove them true to yourselves.

Is it possible to do this?

Yes.

The most important things in life you have to be brave enough to prove some of these things true to yourself, otherwise it isn't going to happen.

Is it empowering to know that Soul Travel and Time Travel are real and happening?

I think Soul travel is more empowering than Time Travel?

Why?

Soul Travel can include time travel or not depending upon the person. So, of the two I would say learning about Soul travel is more useful in most ways.

Understanding that Time travel existed even before Earth existed might be the most important thing you ever learn about Time travel though.

Time travel has been with us in this Solar System millions or billions of years and much longer than that in our galaxy and in other galaxies.

It's important to understand that we are all subject to time travel in various ways. 

In other words "The only thing you know for sure is the memories you have."

Why?

Because everything has and will keep changing as time is manipulated by various individuals and governments both here on earth and beyond.

I find knowing Soul Travel exists very empowering and I find Time travel existing (basically forever) sort of freeing once you get used to the idea.
