It likely means most read during the last week or two which is what my links page is all about.
But, if you look at the links at the top of my webpage that is regarding the most read within the last 30 days. And the top ones at the top of the page are automatically calibrated and programmed into my site by my oldest daughter. You will notice that the top articles within 30 days often don't change that fast. However, articles within the last 1 to 2 weeks change very fast indeed regarding most articles except for the top 4 or 5 which seem to stay pretty consistent year around.
