Why didn't the present Galactic Sentience visit his father in the past if he missed him?

In this galaxy that would have been considered (Bad Form) and likely wouldn't be done except in the Emergency caused by the Previous Galactic Sentience's 2nd son we know now as Tech Noir from the Memories series who incarnated as a human being even though he was a prince of the realm so to speak and 2nd in line to the throne of the Galactic Sentience who owns and rules this galaxy for his family. The Previous Galactic Sentience retired approximately 65 million years ago I believe (this makes the most sense with the information I presently have) which would be just after Maldek blew up. Did Maldek blowing up (getting nuked into the asteroid belt out past Mars) have something to do with his early retirement?

Possibly. When creators get older past a certain point they become more physically and emotionally fragile but not necessarily mentally fragile. So, in some ways they could be seen in being like humans only they get older after millions or billions of years after being alive not after 50 or more years of being alive like a human on earth would.

So, the Previous Galactic Sentience and the present Galactic Sentience likely missed each other a lot but didn't want to "tear up the time lines" with changes unless it was a real emergency like actually happened because of the Previous Galactic Sentience's son, who we know as Tech Noir from Isfahel in the Memories series.

I realized I needed better to clarify about why they didn't visit each other. The main reason was to not disturb the time lines and to mess up the time lines throughout the galaxy with many many unnecessary changes. (until they realized that the previous Galactic Sentience's 2nd son had created a time emergency already for the galaxy. So, then all bets were off because major changes had to be created in order to save the galaxies time lines that the Galactic Sentiences wanted to preserve on into the future.

Chapter 2 Arcane Meets Earth

Arcane was sad. A normal man having gone through what Arcane had been through would have been enraged, crazy, beside himself, robotic. But Arcane was just sad. He had been through a lot the last few years since this war began. The last two or three weeks he had been tortured.Since the leader of Isfahel could not kill Arcane physically without destroying his planet Isfahel he tried to destroy Arcane mentally.

Tech Noir saw Arcane as an invaluable asset and wanted to turn him to Isfahel's side. He tried to destroy every good thing about Arcane and his life and everything that he believed. He had be sorely tested. Looking back on the torture Arcane saw it in a non dualistic context. In that context anything that didn't kill him made him stronger. For the moment, however, he was questioning many things he had taken for granted growing up on New Deva. He had very little left in his memory of childhood that was sacrosanct and left untouched by the deep and forbidding torture.
