Why?
Because Putin is signaling the next countries he might do what he did to Ukraine with with missiles. I'm not sure how many missiles Russia has or how many they can build or how fast but we likely are going to see the next few years until Putin stops this insanity or the world stops him from this insanity one of the two or both.
