Whole Monterey Peninsula now cut off by land except for Reservation Rd. From Marina to Salinas and 101: Flooding

Here are some of the road closures

Highway 1 at Highway 129

Highway 152 at Casserly Rd.

Blanco Rd. between Reservation Road and Salinas

Davis Road at Salinas River

River Road from Highway 68 to Soledad

So, basically unless you take Reservation Road from Marina to Salinas for highway 101 you are landlocked if you are there now. If you work outside of the Peninsula you likely aren't getting to work unless you take a plane or helicopter tomorrow and I wouldn't recommend the helicopter or plane because of the severely bad weather. Or if you work on the Peninsula and live elsewhere you likely won't make it to work (at least on time) tomorrow unless you leave about 3 hours ahead of time and know about the Reservation Road in Marina Trick. And if you live in Santa Cruz for example, there may be no way at all to get to the Monterey Peninsula within even 3 hours if you are trying to drive there.

So, Even Highway 1 to Big Sur is also closed so you cannot get to Morro Bay Either by going down Highway 1 towards Big Sur or up from Morro Bay to Monterey on Highway 1.
