I got in my truck yesterday morning and drove to Santa Barbara. It had said the rain would be over before I left but it was drizzling and misting as far south as San Luis Obispo off and on anyway. But, by around Pismo Beach on 101 it started to clear up and I could see out into the ocean. When I came past the northbound tunnels and out to the ocean from Buellton I could see clearly Santa Cruz Island which was nice with full sun. When I reached Santa Barbara it was still 63 degrees so I sat out in the sun for awhile on a lounge chair in the back yard and just enjoyed the sun because in the SF Bay area it's mostly been raining for at least a week now. So, it's good to see the sun again.
It's fully sunny again right now at around 11:30 am on Saturday in Santa Barbara too. Good Day!
It's presently 60 going to around 65 which is good. Great to be further south where it's a bit warmer usually than the Bay Area by 5 to 10 degrees!
I think Santa Barbara might have the best year around Climate of anywhere I've ever been to on earth. Most places either get way to hot or way to cold but Santa Barbara is usually pretty nice year around. I think that's one reason why so many actors and famous people live in Santa Barbara.
