Economic Sanctions (which are a form of Tariffs against nations) caused the U.S. to be attacked at Pearl Harbor on December 7th 1941

So, what sanctions (actually a form of tariffs) does the U.S. have on countries right now. Often Europe follows suit when we have sanctioned nations also. The primary nations that have U.S. Sanctions against them are Russia, China and Iran (right off the top of what I remember). But, I think Trump also sees Economic Sanctions as a tool to suppress other nations as well to make the U.S. Stronger?

I don't think this will work because in this present climate of politics around the world Trump is making so many enemies that I think nations will only sanction all U.S. goods and help bring about another Great Depression or Great Recession worldwide.

We were already in the Great Depression before World war II came to the U.S. in the 1930s. So, imagine this: "Not selling any oil to Japan as an economic Sanction caused the U.S. to be forced into World war II.

So, Economic Sanctions (or tariffs) which are basically the same thing cause wars potentially whether they be economic wars or whether they be bloody wars.

This is why I think Trump is playing the game of a businessman without realizing a bloody war could easily result.

I don't think he is thinking clearly about all of this and is going to get us eventually into a bloody war with Russia and China because of the weakness of his thinking.

So, it could easily be said that Trump is presently causing the next bloody war with U.S. soldiers involved right now.
