Creators are a species that built all the Galaxies in the physical universe. They predate most matter in the Universe and matter is only 4% of the physical universe anyway. The other 96% of the physical universe is what is known as Unknown Matter or some people call it Dark matter (dark meaning unknown by the way).
The creator species lived in unknown matter without time or space being very real to them much longer than ANY Galaxies existed.
In fact, they created all the galaxies as sort of like Farms or Ranches (if you thought of galaxies as feeding stations for energy moving between matter and anti-matter and possibly other forms as well.
How do they incarnate as human beings? Since they are an energy being that predates most time and space you could think of them as sort of like TV or Radio Stations that can exist anywhere in this Galaxy all the time.
So, just like a TV or radio Station signal can somewhat occupy the same space as you or me. (if you take out your radio and it's a hand held radio then you know that for example, radio waves are going through you in order to bring that signal to your radio or how if you have a portable view screen on your Smartphone that signal can also occupy the same space that you are in as the radio and TV signal comes through digital microwaves into your phone. Even when you talk back and forth through smartphones you are sending those microwave signals back and forth through Microwave towers all over the world (especially when you are talking to someone on the other side of the earth.
Likewise, Creators who create Galaxies occupy the same space of any body that they wish to occupy in this galaxy or others. The ancient Greeks talked about beings like Hercules and others who lived on earth as half man half God. This is often how Creators who build galaxies often retire here on earth after living billions of years in this galaxy or another one or ones.
