I find writing to be very healing

Often you don't have the people around you to have the types of conversations you want to have with them about the subjects you need to talk about. So, by writing down what is bothering you you start to solve the problems by defining the problem.

This I find also is the main reason going to college is useful from my point of view too.

It's the ability to ask really good questions in life that you often can learn in college that facilitates your survival long term.

Going to college and learning to ask good questions is one of the ways you live to 100 or more by the way.

By formulating good questions about literally anything in your life your survival is enhanced incredibly.

I have found in life that the biggest killer of human beings (more than anything else) is actually ignorance.

Because if you learn to ask the right questions of the right people often you survive when others don't.

Learning to ask the right questions keeps you and your family alive long term.
