I personally find it much easier to "Drink of Enlightenment's nectar" in Hawaii

Though you can experience enlightenment anywhere it is easier to stay in this blissful kind and helpful place in Hawaii often I find.

You don't really need to be rich to be enlightened (in fact it can interfere with the early stages of enlightenment if you aren't careful.

(How can it interfere?) 

people who are rich multi-generationally often cannot have compassion for people not as rich as they are.

Since they have not experienced the physical deprivation themselves of what it is actually like for some people they might assume that anyone who isn't rich is an animal.

This actually is quite common among multi-generational rich people I find.

Luckily, I suffered enough growing up to where i have compassion for all people because of this.

The problem with enlightenment is when you separate yourself from all other beings in your mind and then you become selfish.

Then your karma might be extreme in the bad things that might happen to you as a result of not having compassion for all others. 

However, if you can think of all others having once been your mother in another lifetime then you can become fully enlightened in one lifetime. 

So, embracing and helping all others in a Right mindful way causes enlightenment.

HOwever, it is also true that idiot compassion also kills.

So, unless one is practical with their compassion it will kill them and others too.

So, compassion is only useful if it is also practical.
