This if you live in California(or possibly other places than California will likely make you cry. If you can imagine me growing up in California while kids I went to school with were crying because their houses were burning down in Glendale, California, then you get where I'm coming from.
Since then there have been hundreds of fires including some I barely survived myself in California. So, this movie is as realistic as it gets of what people go through sometimes in California fires.
the Camp Fire in Paradise killed 85 people with likely countless others damaged in one way or another from burns and smoke inhalation which is what happens trying to survive something like this.
