I think from my personal point of view (and this might be different for each person) is that Enlightenment's nectar is a state of Pure Being beyond time and space where you feel at one with the whole universe and at peace.
It is very hard to do this while working in the workaday world especially in the cities of the world.
It's much easier to accomplish if you are removed from all this and live in the wilderness far from the madding Crowd.
Once you have learned to taste Enlightenment's Nectar you might then be able to live in a city or suburbs or wherever and not lose this Enlightenment's nectar ever again.
But, first you have to know what it is to get there. Once you experience this even for a moment you want to always be there the rest of your life and so you work hard to keep it once you have it.
It is PURE BEING and COMPASSION FOR YOURSELF AND ALL LIFE IN THIS UNIVERSE!
That is what it is.
Perfect Being Perfect Peace wherever you are.
