The Taliban of Afghanistan have been fighting a border war maybe for years now with Pakistan and were fighting Americans and NATO too until Biden withdrew American Troops after about 20 years or more fighting there. So, now I guess the Taliban have no one to fight at present but Pakistan so Pakistan must have declared war on Afghanistan to try to expand their territory sort of the way ISIS tends to operate too.
