Someone who ends their normal life this way I wouldn't call a genius (unless it is an insane genius).
So, my point of view is that this has at least a 50 50 chance of having been staged likely by Trump himself to get his ballroom built. So, I would say this is what really happened here (more smoke and mirrors from Trump). Trump loves his role at pretending to be a president. Because he has never really been a real president but something else we have never seen before in reality.
It's a sobering thought isn't it?
