Why is this true?
Think Back on how our democracy started.
Every American had a rifle hanging above their hearth usually where they built fires to cook their food and to warm by. So, when the British King decided to take away their freedoms they said "NO".
So, our democracy was born by Gunfire not just demonstrations. Demonstrations worked for Gandhi and Martin Luther King but most people then died who demonstrated at least against King George III of England then.
The point is no democracy would likely exist on earth anywhere if Americans hadn't gotten their rifles off their mantles above their fireplaces and started shooting anyone stopping them from living their lives as they wanted to.
And if Americans were unarmed democracy would be gone from the Earth within 75 years. It might be gone already because of Trump. We don't know yet.
Something to think about if you love Democracy as much as I do.
So, Democracy will prevail.
By God's Grace
