If you compare a Bear to an AI you might make more sense of what an AI is capable of

a bear is an alpha predator and I could easily see how an AI would think humans are too slow and stupid to survive also sort of like a bear would too. So, humans are road kill from bears if they don't have a high powered enough rifle to defend themselves, especially if a female bear has cubs whether they are black bears or brown bears it's the same. Even a deer can be fatal to humans, especially with a full set of antlers.

People underestimate deer too. I had one locally who got upset and stomped so hard on our cement driveway that it broke the cement in the shape of his hoof. If their hooves can break or chip cement imagine what a buck or doe could do to you. Something to think about.

One time I was walking my dogs where I live at night and the stars were out so I didn't want to turn a flashlight on. It was about 9 pm and I could see the whole Galaxy above me which is possible where I live on the coast (if there are no clouds that night). So, all of a sudden both my dogs then started barking so I turned on the flashlight to see what it was. It was a large buck with a full set of horns that my dogs had cornered with nowhere to go. I thought we were all dead until he jumped straight over my head and even missed my head with his hoofs and I'm 6 feet 5 inches tall. This has to be one of the most amazing experiences of my entire life when that happened.

Also, a bear is an apex predator and men are only apex predators if they have guns. So, they don't back down usually at all.

State budget cuts eliminated a program that assisted communities that deal with lots of black bear activity. But a shortage of funds doesn't mean there's a shortage of bears.
