More regarding: "Ballard's work with the new AGE Movement"

At the time of around 1930 when Guy W. Ballard first introduced Unveiled Mysteries and The Magic Presence and the "I AM" Discourses they were revolutionary in many respects. You can see the positiveness of these changes which go back to Transcendentalism which goes on to people like Mary Baker Eddy of Christian Science and Science of Mind and the Church of religious science. But, then Mr. Ballard added into this mix Theosophy from madame Blavatsky as well as UFOs which I think was revolutionary at the time.

So, when Roswell happened in 1947 the world was ripe for this New Age thought which combines Transcendentalism of Emerson the Positive thinking of Christian Science and Mary Baker Eddy with Theosophy from Madame Blavatsky and then you have Roswell in 1947 that people realized they were being lied to about.

Then you had the Assassination of President Kennedy and all the lies we were told (to prevent a nuclear war with Russia over this) and you have all the seeds for the New Age Movement that really got going starting likely with the Beatles more than anything else but also because of all the insanity of the Great Depression and World War II and how many of us Baby boomers were raised after these two insane things that we went through here in the U.S.

So, the New Age movement has roots in Transcendentalism of Emerson and Thoreau through Mary Baker Eddy, through Theosophy and through Science of Mind and Church of Religious Science as well as many other positive Thinking groups all over the world.

So, Mr. Ballard was a part of this unfoldment and evolution of thought especially around more educated people who actually read and thought more about what was going on in the world around them. So, this caused all churches to evolve or die because of the ever increasing level of education in this country brought about by the draft and the Viet Nam War and young men getting Student deferments so they didn't have to die in Viet Nam and many young women following these young men to college and getting their own advanced degrees too.

So, even though I was told by members of the "I AM" movement that I shouldn't go to college because they didn't want me to become a Pinko (more socialist in my thinking) I went to college anyway and found that the way I was taught in church which was very conservative was also very racist and selfish and not thinking about all mankind's needs enough. So, eventually this made me more of a moderate which is where most people really are in the U.S. and not out in some extreme place either right or left. 

So, from my point of view it's all about balance of trying to make enough people's needs taken care of of all races on earth so there don't need to be anymore wars.

This is sort of the way I look at all this at present.

And to some degree there hasn't been another world war 2 or world war 3 yet because of the Cold War which appears to still be going on between Russia and China against the rest of the Free World.

So, the New Age movement is because people started to research both religion and medical stuff for themselves rather than listen to people who had no idea what they were talking about in real life.
