AI is moving everywhere at once on earth (sort of like how Planes first started out in 1903)

There likely is no country on earth where some people aren't using AI for something. Also, not all AIs are owned by the Big companies in the U.S. There are independent AIs resident in Computers of various kinds all over the world. It's possible to have your own independent AI for your own computer and use it either just on your computer or for good or bad things that a person does worldwide.

So, programming "BAD" AIs are likely a part of all militaries on earth at this point too. So, like I said, "AI's are moving in all directions at once and likely will continue to the rest of this century. And people will be harmed in much the same way as the Internet Harmed people, especially children and young adults when it first started out too. In some ways the internet is harming more people in many different ways than it did then and likely the same will be true of AI in the future but also likely true now also.
