This is why "Be careful what you put your attention upon" or
"What you put your attention upon you become".
I was taught this as a child and have found it to be true.
So, it is important what you put your attention upon because that is where your thoughts and feelings tend to go to.
Understanding this is freedom.
Not understanding this is slavery of the worst kind.
So, if you want to create good things in your life you have to think about good things and good actions.
Otherwise people create hell and bad things in their lives and then they go crazy or die or both.
So, be careful what you think about because you are soul traveling to some degree with every thought and feeling all the time.
Have you ever thought of someone and suddenly they call you on the phone? Soul Travel.
Or have you called someone on the phone and the other person says: "OH! I was just thinking about you!"
Soul Travel.
Soul travel connects all of us. Dreams connect all of us even to our parents and relatives and friends now passed away.
Dreams are soul travel too.
On top of this any atom being any one place is only a probability. It is just as probable that any atom in your body could also be in any time and space at any moment anywhere or anytime in the universe in any given moment too.
Think about this truth of particle physics while you are at it.
To me, there is a correlation here if any of you can scientifically prove it.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
