I was taught by my minister parents to visualize what I wanted in life. I wasn't very good at this as a child or young adult but found my place in my 30s where I really started to create my own world.
The point is you REALLY have to be careful what you put your attention on because often you might create in your lives what you don't want.
By the way I want to share some things from history to show you that things always sucked around the world. It isn't actually any worse now than it ever was.
The difference now is that we presently have the worst president in my lifetime and possibly ever now in the U.S. who is not a patriot but selfish to the core and that's what's the most scary about now.
However, who put him there and how out of touch with reality are they?
Maybe that's what people need to look at now, not Trump but who put him in place as president and why?
In the past, when the Barbarian hordes descended upon civilizations to maim, rape and kill everyone, some of the most intelligent and insightful people often went into the wilderness to meditate, to write and to regroup. So, I would recommend that some of you do this too before America is gone from people like Trump and the barbarian hordes this time too. I'm not sure how all this is going to come down actually but preparing for almost anything makes a lot of sense at this point doesn't it?
Follow your hearts. Follow your intuition and help create a better future than we have seen the last few years here on earth.

World War II also caused by the Great Depression which was also indirectly and directly caused by someone like Trump in Herbert Hoover. 900,000 Americans died in World War II mostly civilians but 100 million died worldwide in World War II.
1945 to 1990 "The Cold War" 100 million people died in this war too from 1945 until 1990 by the way worldwide. This includes the Korean war and the Viet Nam war by the way and many other wars and skirmishes and assassinations worldwide and governments overthrown by the way.
