This is a great movie for children of all ages from 1 to 2 to over 100 years of age.
I would say this movie is about abilities from being beautiful to being smart to being intuitively gifted. Whenever someone is extraordinary in some way this movie likely is about it as far as children's stories go. In this case it is a princess that has a (gift or a curse or both that things freeze when she's scared or upset). So, this movie is about her and her sister (also a princess as they grow up) in a mythical kingdom likely connected to Scandinavia or Denmark. Somewhere in far northern Europe.
