Survival is mostly about Being Present
If you let your stress (especially during emergencies) get the better of you, you wind up in "should have Would have or could have" in other words you don't do what you or others need to survive. So, Survival in the end is taking an interest in your survival every moment wherever you are. Because if it is cold (put a jacket on), if you are hungry(find something to eat). If someone else is hungry (find some food for them if you have time in your life to do that). By taking an interest in your survival and the survival of those you know we all survive much better as a direct result. In the end it is the little things we take an interest in that keeps us all alive ongoing and relatively happy.
