I'm watching a DVR of the Weather channel and a weather man has a graphic of lows from New York to Atlanta. Here are some of the record lows for this day through history.They will all be in Fahrenheit. Cleveland -11, New York 4 , Richmond 10, Atlanta 6. I'm looking at about 5 record lows in Mississippi and about the same number of record lows in Georgia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and several other states.
