Alarm? I don't think the world is prepared for what Ebola is likely about to do!

If you study the articles here at this site regarding Ebola one thing becomes quite clear.

The world doesn't really understand how bad this is already or likely is going to get!

This appears to be a given. Whether that is because no reporters can get to where it is the worst because they would be killed or they might die of Ebola or locals? Or whether there is some other reason none of us have figured out yet? The world doesn't really understand what is happening regarding animals and Ebola:

Philippines and China as well as the entire range of fruit bats carrying Ebola to other fruit bats and other mammals.

Or whether it is the non-reporting from areas too dangerous to travel for reporters.

I can't seem to wrap my mind around why it is people aren't being told exactly how bad this is already.

IF you just take one fact here and look at it carefully:

Ebola cases grew 10 times from July to October 2014

Then you add one more fact:

WHO says cases likely will be 20,000 by the end of November then you have to realize that
Cases doubled between October and November.

What does this mean?

If they double betwen October and NOvember what is to stop them from doubling monthly from now on?

Think about this for a moment. Every month Ebola cases appear to be doubling now.

What does this mean?

It means only hundreds of health care workers are volunteering to help in Africa and 1000s are needed.

What happens now?

Ebola will likely continue to double it's cases monthly in Africa.

What does that mean?

It is possible it means 1 billion cases of Ebola by January 2016 worldwide.

And this doesn't include cases in fruit bats and other mammals migrating.

That is what it means! or could mean given present variables in place right now!

So, my assessment is that this is now moving too quickly for the world to actually catch up to it.

Which also means the world is not prepared in any way, shape or form to what it is going to see happen next in Africa, the Middle East or worldwide through bats and other mammals as well as in humans.
