However, the information from names, addresses birthdays, medical IDS, Social Security numbers, STreet addresses alone would create the capacity for criminals or governments to open credit cards in the names of anyone of these people through online means in any country on earth. So, this is something to think about too.
Also, in places like Russia or Ukraine or China there is no punishment whatsoever for doing this to western countries as long as they aren't doing this in Russia, Ukraine or China to citizens there. So, this is a completely punishment free crime there for the rest of their lives. Though laws might change at some point in Ukraine this won't happen as long a Russia is trying to take over Ukraine from the present Ukrainian government.
