You might not know your true value here on earth and so friends who have passed over who are angels now might come to you to keep you alive and okay living here still on earth. Often I have seen them as white angels or white ovals of light when they come. As an adult you likely aren't going to see their faces clearly because it is mostly children that can naturally do that. But, you might see flashes of light or white ovals of light the shape of people. And often those are angels coming to help you. They usually are relatives of yours coming to help you live through all sorts of things you might not expect in life.
But, either way, if you are needed here often you will get help once or many times in your life.
This has been my experience too. Gratitude is the only useful response that I have found. By God's Grace.
Note: However, in dreams at night you may see your friends and relatives faces and bodies when they come to save you. If it seems important in your dreams listen to what they have to say, whether this is a waking dream or a sleeping dream. You will know if it is important or not. By God's Grace.
