There are many exotic ice cream flavors you haven't likely seen before. For example, Oprah likes from this shop "Olive Oil" Ice Cream which I think is pretty interesting.
I chose "Strawberry Rhubarb Pie" because I remember my wife making my strawberry Rhubarb pie about 25 years ago now with rhubarb and strawberries grown in our own garden in Mt. Shasta on an acre of land there. This is really good and unusual ice cream.
