Global Warming effects on rainfall this year here on earth?

Maps of predicted future precipitation based on global circulation models. So, if you look at this graph carefully you see all the orange areas have 20 percent less precipitation this year. And if you notice it is also where large amounts of people live. And also notice that except for China where rain seems to be 20 % generally higher during the winter months this year most places where a lot of people live are either the same or much less rainfall than normal. So, now imagine the disruption in farming in poor countries from this. And imagine how many poor countries must sell their food to places like the United States to make up for the California 4 growing season heavy drought while the people in poorer countries starve while growing food for places like the U.S. and other relatively rich places as well. So, you can imagine just what the California drought alone without all these orange minus 20 percent rainfall areas is doing to mankind this year here on earth in reducing world populations through starvation (especially during the winters) which are in December January and February in the northern climes and in June, July and August in the Southern Climes.
