The Danger to police can be traced to cities' finances

To be logical about all this police are not trained enough not to kill African American young men.

The primary reason I can presently see is property taxes. Because of a loss of value of so many properties nationwide and because this is how police have always been paid, they are not paid enough or trained enough to be able to keep young African American men alive. And this financing and training of police officers isn't getting any better soon. So, becoming a policeman is an iffy proposition at best at this point even if you have the best of intentions.

If a policeman is white and doesn't have any black friends it usually means he wasn't raised around black people at all. So, this person is culturally more likely to be afraid of African Americans in general and therefore more likely to shoot one if things get too crazy.

Then if a white policeman is working in an African American community he is also more vulnerable because of this too.

Then you add to this all the publicity of every single black man gunned down that isn't armed across the U.S. since Travon Martin was killed by the idiot Zimmerman, then you have a natural bias against police in General by young African American Men all across the nation.

However, all this often is not the police officers fault and more about conditioning they received growing up from the environment they were raised in.

So, because of all these factors and more it is more likely that more African American young men will die unarmed at the hands of white police officers and it also is likely that police often will be ambushed at times by young African Americans in various cities around the county.

I see no way at present for this to stop. It is a horrifying situation to either be a young Black African American or to be a white policeman at this time in our nation's history.
