Young men now joining Taliban only to make money

Because the Taliban are mostly supported by Opium trades to make Heroin from Afghan poppies and to sell it worldwide they can afford to pay their soldiers well. So, with the Afghan economy going back into the toilet now that Europe's soldiers (NATO) and American Government money is leaving, even highly educated Afghan's who are young might have literally no choice but to join the Taliban to make enough money not to starve to death in today's Afghan economy. This was reported on CNN today. One young man with his face covered said he did not support Taliban causes at all. However, he now had to either (work) for them or starve to death in the present economy even with advanced degrees.
